1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and TayanaWin ("we," "us," or "our"). 3. Account Registration
Each player is allowed only one (1) account on TayanaWin. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may lead to permanent bans on all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, valid Philippine mobile number, and valid government-issued ID details for KYC (Know Your Customer) purposes. TayanaWin uses these details to verify your identity and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your TayanaWin username and password. Do not share your credentials with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact our support team immediately. TayanaWin will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to keep your login details secure.
3.3 KYC Verification
Before processing any withdrawal, TayanaWin may require you to complete identity verification. Acceptable documents include a government-issued ID (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, or SSS/GSIS card). Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Minimum Deposit

5. Bonuses and Promotions
TayanaWin offers a range of promotions — from welcome bonuses to reload offers and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, which include wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates.
5.1 General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses can only be used by the eligible account holder. They are non-transferable.
- Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
- TayanaWin reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Attempting to exploit bonus offers — including through coordinated play or abuse of promotional terms — will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.

5.2 Wagering Requirements
Each bonus comes with a stated wagering requirement (e.g., 20x the bonus amount). Until the wagering requirement is fully met, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. 6. Gameplay Rules

Game results are final once a round is completed. If a technical error occurs during gameplay — such as a disconnection or server issue — TayanaWin will follow its standard dispute resolution procedure to determine the correct outcome. Bet outcomes that cannot be fairly determined may be voided and stakes returned.
Players must not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any third-party software to interfere with or manipulate gameplay on TayanaWin. Any detected use of such tools will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on TayanaWin and may result in account suspension, permanent bans, or legal action:
- Creating multiple accounts or using fake identities
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
- Using any form of cheating software, exploit, or hack
- Money laundering or any attempt to use TayanaWin for illegal financial activities
- Depositing funds obtained through illegal means
- Sharing your account with another person or allowing minors to use your account
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or tamper with TayanaWin's platform or software
- Posting offensive, harassing, or illegal content through any TayanaWin communication channel
- Using VPNs or proxy services to bypass geographic restrictions
TayanaWin monitors all accounts and gameplay activity. If we detect any suspicious behavior, we reserve the right to freeze your account, withhold withdrawals, and report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities.
8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Limitation of Liability

- Delays or interruptions in service caused by maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control (force majeure)
- Loss of funds caused by unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials
- Decisions made by players based on information found on the TayanaWin platform
Nothing in these Terms limits TayanaWin's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence. TayanaWin's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days prior to the claim.
10. Account Termination
TayanaWin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the account holder has violated any of these Terms. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity, all funds in the account may be forfeited without recourse.
You may also voluntarily close your TayanaWin account at any time by contacting our support team. If your account is in good standing, any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with our standard procedures. Under our Responsible Gaming policy, players who self-exclude cannot reopen their accounts during the exclusion period.
11. Amendments to These Terms
TayanaWin may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in law, business practices, or platform features. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of TayanaWin shall first be referred to our internal dispute resolution process. If a resolution cannot be reached internally, the matter shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
